This is my third experience closing on a home and by far my most enjoyable. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience that includes a ton of required documents. I recently received impeccable customer service from Sheree Akins. Our mortgage processor reached out to her regarding our property in Florida. Sheree worked for the title company that processed the closing paperwork back in 2008. We were having a difficult time getting documentation we needed for our current lender. Though Sheree didn't have access to the needed documents, as they were with the previous company that is no longer in business, she took time out of her busy day to research public documents and provide it to our processor so our loan process could continue. It is very rare these days to find people who are willing to go above the call of duty to help someone, especially someone who is not a current client.
